About us

Good hosting starts with people

We bring your hosting, your team and a human helping hand together. Built in Aotearoa, on New Zealand infrastructure.

More building. Less hosting admin.

The idea behind HostPilot is simple: looking after your hosting should feel like part of your work, not a job of its own.

A website rarely lives on its own. There are domains to renew, DNS records to update, deployments to watch and teammates who need access. We bring that work into one console, with a clear view of what is running and what needs your attention.

We build for the people doing that work: developers shipping sites, teams looking after a business and agencies managing hosting for their clients. Your workspace holds the resources; each person has their own login and role.

What we care about

A few straightforward principles shape the way we build HostPilot and look after your hosting.

People come first
Your team gets individual logins and a shared workspace, with help from our New Zealand support crew when you need it.
Keep the work together
Servers, sites, domains and DNS belong in the same place. Less time switching tools means more time for the thing you came to build.
Make changes visible
Hosting should be easy to follow. Live job progress and an audit trail help your team understand what changed, who changed it and what happened next.

Local infrastructure. A clearer view.

HostPilot is built on SiteHost’s New Zealand infrastructure. We bring the console and the support that help your team make the most of it.

When you sign up, you create your login and workspace. A person then provisions your hosting account and connects it to your console. That human hand-off is part of how we work.
